Description:
Are you a Designer with experience impacting UX, UI, and some UX Research? If you think you are a UX generalist, then this could be the role for you!

What you will be doing:
Creates, develops and executes quality UX and UI design solutions for complex digital content, including but not limited to customer facing websites, email marketing, promotions, page layouts and other creative assets. You will be responsible for conducting user experience research, understanding information architecture, providing design thinking expertise, creating artifacts (wireframes, prototypes, user flows, etc.) and working with functional specifications provided by product

Work in lockstep with Marketing, Product and IT to drive the user experience strategy from ideation to execution.

Creates and facilitates workshops and other research methods to understand user needs and translate them into project requirements.

Guides and impacts other team members throughout the organization around the utilization of design thinking, processes and UX designs that adhere to brand guidelines and usability standards.

Creates deliverables including sketches, wireframes and prototypes for projects while following all design and UX standards from concept to development hand-off.

What you have:
4 Years of professional UX and UI Design experience with ideally some research experience

Go Getter and Self Starter Mentality

Desires an individual who would like to take ownership and help drive design processes for our client

Design Tools - Figma

Ability to work within a CMS platform
